Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from date of receipt. Should you have a problem with your purse within 30 days, we will repair or replace it. Please contact us at info@reverse-a-purse.com or 678-624-9912. We will issue you a return authorization number and will provide you with shipping instructions. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
Should you wish to return unused merchandise for any reason, please ship back to us within 7 days of receipt. Please ship via insured, traceable carrier (i.e., UPS). We will issue you a refund, less original shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be unused and must have original tags affixed.
